Returns the ISO week day number (0=Monday..6=Sunday). This number is coherent with all the ISO-based calendar templates, includnig WEEKDAY, WEEKDAYNAME, and so on...

- Note:
For the US week numbering use the builtin variable {{CURRENTDOW}} (0..Sunday..6=Saturday) !
